Disneyland - Critter Country - by Ken Lund - WikipediaThe Disney resort is practically in my backyard. My family and I love to spend a whole day or just a few hours at the Disney parks. Throughout the years we learned a lot about the parks and attractions that we like to share with you.

If you continue your stroll along the rivers of America, you will end up at  Critter Country, the home of Splash Mountain and Winnie the Pooh.

Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes

Disneyland Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes - by SolarSurfer - WikipediaGo on a canoe race through the Rivers of America. The canoes start from a small dock near the Hungry Bear Restaurant. The ride goes around Tom Soyer’s Island and goes much faster than the river ships.

The guides give a quick lesson on rowing – and you are expected to row with the group or the canoe will not go anywhere. Make sure you can handle this task.

Life jackets are mandatory for children and available for adults who can’t swim.
