San Clemente State Beach is one of the rare places where everything aligns perfectly to make your visit unforgettable. You will want to come back again and again.

The “State Beach” offers campsites atop the bluffs with breathtaking ocean views. The camp has around 160 campsites, divided into groups, RV, and tent areas. The campground is beautifully laid out, with paved roads connecting the various areas. Each campsite has a fire ring, picnic table, shade ramada, and shade trees, with drinking and washing water nearby. Bathrooms—with hot showers—are never too far away.

San Clemente Brussels Bistro Brussels Bistro, located on Avenida Del Mar in the heart of Downtown San Clemente, serves up an array of delightful dishes and beverages. On our recent visit, we enjoyed sampling the Trout Almondine paired with their Beet Salad—both dishes were outstanding. The trout was flawlessly cooked, complemented by perfectly creamy mashed potatoes.

For our drinks, we decided on the Zombie in the Park cocktail. It was so refreshing and well-crafted that we couldn't resist ordering another round. 

Dessert was a highlight with the Crepes Flambee and the Almond Tart. Each dessert offered its unique blend of flavors and textures, impressing us thoroughly with their exceptional taste and presentation. Brussels Bistro consistently delivers a fantastic dining experience, making it a must-visit for anyone in San Clemente.

Fisherman's Restaurants

San Clemente Pier - Fisherman's Restaurant Fisherman's Restaurants in San Clemente offers a dining experience that truly captures the essence of a seaside eatery. 

Situated conveniently on the San Clemente Pier, this restaurant boasts a picturesque view of the ocean that enhances the overall atmosphere. 

The menu features a variety of fresh seafood dishes, among which the clam chowder and fish tacos come highly recommended for their flavor and freshness. 

Service here is attentive and friendly, adding to the relaxed, welcoming vibe. Whether you're ending a day at the beach or looking for a scenic spot for dinner, Fisherman's Restaurants provides a memorable setting with delicious meals.

Fisherman’s Galley

Fisherman’s Galley in San Clemente delivers a surprisingly delightful dining experience right on the main trail overlooking the pier. 

This beach shack stands out for its quality and variety, offering a menu that goes beyond the usual beach fare with options like crispy fresh salads, veggie burgers, and well-prepared fish and chips. 

The ambiance is casual and perfectly suited for its seaside location, allowing diners to enjoy the views and breezes from the ocean. 

With reasonable prices and generous portions, Fisherman’s Galley is a fantastic choice for a relaxed meal while watching the waves or the bustling beachgoers.

During our visit we tried a crispy fresh salad; a veggie burger, fish, and chips and a cheeseburger. We had regular fries and sweet potato fries. All were very delicious, and the price was right.

Nick's San Clemente

Nick's San Clemente offers a refined dining experience with its upscale American cuisine and inviting atmosphere. Located centrally, this restaurant features a menu that balances classic comfort foods like hearty burgers with elegant seafood dishes, all expertly prepared.

Nick's also boasts a well-curated selection of wines and creative cocktails, perfect for pairing with any meal.
